If you are not satisfied with any of the products that we supply, you may return or exchange them, provided that they are in a saleable condition. We will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you, subject to stock availability. However, please note that any extra postage costs incurred during the exchange will be payable by you. The new item will be posted immediately once we receive the extra postage costs incurred. Please ensure that you return the item for exchange within 7 days of receiving it.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We thoroughly check your purchase for any faults before dispatching it to you. Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected, and if deemed to be subject to fair use, will not be accepted as faulty. If a replacement for a faulty item is available in stock, we will replace it. Returns of faulty goods must be made within 14 days of being received by you. Cancellations Policy
