Publication Ethics

Publication House (PH), we are committed to upholding ethical standards to ensure the publication of high-quality original scientific research that the public can trust. We are guided by the norms prescribed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and are bound by legal requirements such as copyright, infringement, and plagiarism.

As a publisher, we take responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of all correspondences and will not disclose anything that may harm the interests of authors, referees, or editors of the journal.

All parties involved in the publication of peer-reviewed journals published by PH, including authors, reviewers, and editors, are expected to adhere to our publication ethics policies. We take all necessary measures to prevent and discourage any form of publication malpractice.

Authors: Authors are expected to submit only original articles for consideration of publication in journals published by Publication House (PPH). They must ensure that the manuscript or any part of it is not already published or under consideration for publication in any other journal. The abstract should provide a brief summary of the paper, highlighting the work’s motivation, significance, and an accurate account of the findings. Any available materials used in the paper should be appropriately referenced with citations within the manuscript.

References to literature and publications that have influenced the work must be cited, while irrelevant references that only serve to increase the citation list should be avoided. Only those who have made significant contributions to the work, including the formulation of concepts, execution, solution, and interpretation, should be listed as authors. Others who have helped during discussions or manuscript preparation should be acknowledged.

Any funding agency that supported the research should also be acknowledged. Authors must ensure that the final outcome is original, without manipulating images or data, and not redundant work from previously published articles. The submitted paper should not contain similar work already available in the literature or a recent publication.

All co-authors must agree unanimously and not have any conflict of interest before submitting the final version of the paper. The corresponding author is responsible for all ethical requirements of the submission. If a significant inaccuracy or error is discovered in the paper, the authors must immediately inform the Editors and the publisher, who may publish a “Corrigendum” or retract the paper if necessary.

Unethical behavior, including anything that goes against the above-mentioned guidelines, cannot be accepted.

Reviewers: The reviewers play a crucial role in assisting the Editors in deciding whether a submitted article should be published or not. They are expected to provide constructive feedback that can enhance the presentation and intellectual content of the manuscript. The reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the manuscript and not share it with anyone except the concerned Editor or the Editorial offices at Allahabad if required. They should avoid reviewing manuscripts where they have any conflict of interest. Moreover, any information or ideas obtained through peer review should not be utilized for personal or any other advantage. Both authors and Editors rely on the reviewers, hence they are expected to fulfill their responsibilities with utmost sincerity and integrity.

Editors: The Editors have the final responsibility of deciding whether a submitted paper should be published or not. They may take into account the opinions of the reviewers to ensure the originality and accuracy of the intellectual content in the manuscript. To ensure ethical practices, Editors should follow the ‘Guidelines’ provided to them. In case of uncertainty or to make decisions quickly, the Editors may consult other members of the editorial board. Maintaining confidentiality of the manuscripts until their publication is crucial for Editors, and they must avoid considering manuscripts where they have any conflict of interest. The Editorial office located in Allahabad must ensure that the records of the manuscripts remain strictly confidential. By upholding the highest ethical standards, Editors play a critical role in promoting original and high-quality research.
